Cancellation & Late Collection Policy
Daycare
We are happy to cancel or amend daycare bookings by 8am the day before the booking (24 hours) Unfortunately, cancellations or amendments made after this time will still be charged at the full rate.
We are available by Phone, Email or Facebook messenger so all we ask is a quick message to say you can’t make it if your plans change or you need to change your booking. This will enable us to continue to offer the best care for your dogs and maintain our excellent staff to dog ratio.
We schedule the needed number of staff in to accommodate the dogs we have booked in on any given day. Due to this, we do have to turn away dogs if we are at our staff/dog ratio capacity, therefore with no shows or late cancellations Camp Tails incur costs.
Our cancellation & late collection charges for daycare are as follows:

| Late collection (per dog) | Up to 15 minutes – £10 15 – 30 minutes – £20 Over 30 minutes – £30 (Staff availability is limited so if later than 30 minutes your dog may be required to stay over night and be charged the full night rate with collection not being open until 8am next day (plus additional £10 per each 15 minutes thereafter) |
Please note late charges are there to ensure collection is prompt and more a deterrent and not reflective of additional daycare hours. We need to keep a member of staff back to look after your dogs if you are late and cannot finish cleaning or our closing tasks.
Grooming
We are happy to cancel or amend grooming appointments up to 48 hours before the time of your appointment.Cancellations of amendments made after this time will incur a charge.
Our cancellation & late drop off/collection charges for grooming are as follows:

| Less than 48hrs notice/no show | Full rate of groom charged |
| Late drop off/collection | £10 |
Please note as we are an unkennelled grooming salon, any late drop off/collection can push back the next grooming appointment, which is why we ask customers to be prompt with drop off and collection.
Credits / Packs
Packs and credits once purchased are non-refundable unless your dog is formally suspended from attendance.

Puppy Parties
Puppy party bookings are non refundable and non transferable. Parties act as an alternative to assessment and you will be informed if your puppy is welcome to attend right away and make use of the free voucher gifted. If your puppy is not suitable following puppy party we will advise accordingly but there is no alternative to the free voucher offered.
Daycare General
Once registered, attendance must be within 4 weeks or a re-test may be required and a charge will applied. (initial assessments are FREE).
Once daycare attendance has started, we must see your dog at least every 4 months or a re-test will be required to reascertain dog’s suitability.
For puppies under 8 months attendance must be every 2 months as dog behaviour can drastically change in their formative months.
